Logo Lionsgate

As you can see from above, here is the logo in which will be the feature at the beginning of our horror trailer. We have decided to use the company Lionsgate as our production company as they are well known for producing horror trailers such as the recent horror film, Jessabelle. I feel that this is a good link to our horror trailer as we are linking real media texts together by using the same production company. Audiences will hopefully see the effect in which we aimed to create. I have imported this logo into Premiere so that it will feature on our edit. As you can see from the first two seconds, the screening is dark and quite gothic. As our trailer genre is horror, this interlinks well so that audiences can make apparent what genre our trailer is. I believe that this logo looks effective as the music is quite sinister at the beginning which conveys an adventure about to occur. The adventure in this case, would be the victim running away from the villain as she now becomes stalked and watched.
